lengthwise the width needs to be 3 yards or longer because the pleats
need to equal your waist measurement. You can take your waist
measurement around your waist mine was 36 inches you now need to make
your pleats I used a 2 inches pick up a 2 inch pleat and fold than
pin sew a long the top take the pins out sew 2 inches down the folds
sew a hem on the bottom and now you can sew it in your cosplay

bias tape and any sailor senshi collar pattern

ok place the pattern
on on your fabric cut 2. put right sides to gather sew the otter
parts of the collar not the neck hole trim the seam pull rights out
iron. Bast the neck place your bias tape ½ inch from the edge sew
it fold the corners and sew stat the second row now you can sew on
the cosplay
