cut a  piece of paper to the size 10" x 12" long this will be the top .in the center of the paper make a mark of one inch make a mark from hear to the corner fold the paper long ways and fold again cut on the mark know we are going to make the bottom bow  8 x 14" long do the same for the center like the top bow. and the for the center part that ties the bows together is 1" and count 5 line from the 1" x 5" long place the pattern on your fabric cut 2 in top bow and 2 in bottom bow and 4 in the center strap and 2 in top bow in the interfacing and 2 the bottom bow place the interfacing on one top bow and bottom bow  piece iron it on sew right side together leave a 2" opening sew the strap the leave one end open pull right sides out to all top stitch on all iron all fold the bow sew the bows with the hand needle wrap the thread around the bow go back thru the bow tie off place the center strap on and sew it do this to the other bow glue the Velcro to the bows and to your costume than you are done

can put the nail polish on the part where your nails would be on your
hand if you are going to paint the heart on do this now take the
finish of your choice paint it all over if you are using the craft
foam make one large heart and one small heart glue it to the large
heart than to your hand. If you are using the clay you will do the
same for the clay bake to the package gloss it than glue it to the
head than you are done

this is what the cookie looks like it is a nice tan color with the jelly/jam. the cook was good it melts in your mouth . the jam is really good to try it is like a fruit  lather

pan and heat it to 250 degrees do not boil .Add the vinegar and stir
soon clumps of solid material will form keep stirring. Put the
strainer on top of the jar and pour the stuff thorough the strainer.
Use the spoon to press the clumps and squeeze out the liquid. Take
it out of the strainer and put it back in the pan on the stove. Add ¼
cup of water and baking soda. The casein material will begin to
bubble. When it stops use the leftover material as glue. Let it cool
before using it it will be hot
