You will need 2 tbsp
of butter and a little more for your hands and pan, 2 cups of sugar,

2 tbsp cornstarch ,1
cup of corn syrup, ¾ water, 1 tsp salt ½ tsp your favorite
flavoring,

1-2 drops of food
coloring , jelly roll pan or cookie sheet, wax paper, pan,
thermometer and a knife

cornstarch, corn syrup, water, butter, and salt mix turn on the stove
on medium heat in till it boils stir it well place a lid on it time
it for 3 min than you are going to take the lid off place your candy
thermometer in the pan the temperature should get to 250 turn it off
let it cool to 240 than put the food coloring in and flavoring in
pour the mix on the cookie sheet let it cool for 11 min. put a light
amount of butter on your hands do not put to munch butter on your
hands the taffy will separate to pull the taffy stretch the ends out
from the middle and then fold them back to the center do for 15
minutes place on another pan with butter cut the taffy and place in
wax paper than you can eat it

 You will need air
dry clay, craft foam or paint or palmer clay to make the heart, spray
or gloss finish, hot glue, hot glue gun, and a bowl, a plastic knife
or clay tools, rolling pin, water if clay is dry, wax paper, nail
polish

take some clay out
put in between two piece of wax paper roll it out flat to the size of
your hand. Take one of the wax paper off the clay. Place your hand
on the clay and trace it out place the clay hand on the bowl up side
down let it dry for a week or shorter if the clay was thin .now you
can put the nail polish on the part where your nails would be on your
hand if you are going to paint the heart on do this now take the
finish of your choice paint it all over if you are using the craft
foam make one large heart and one small heart glue it to the large
heart than to your hand. If you are using the clay you will do the
same for the clay bake to the package gloss it than glue it to the
head than you are done
