how to make paper mache bangle bracelets

you will need paper 1 cup of flower and 2 cups water scissors card board tape paint brush glitter glue and paint cut ant tape the card board   dip the paper in the flower and water mixer  put three layers on the card board than twist place in paper mache than on the bracelet let it dry for three days paint the bracelet white than any color you want than put some glue on the bump and than put the glitter on and you are done
